Yes...     I would like to join the South Jersey Business Weekday Golf Association.  The Membership Fee is $175 and must be received by April 15th, 2008.  Upon receipt of this Membership Application form and fee, the Association will send me detailed information on the S.J.B.W.G.A. Policies.  My Membership Directory will be mailed to me upon its completion.
